Our Company
Safari ASAP is one of our brands that specializes in Safari across East and Southern Africa, with its headquarters based in Tanzania, with local management and its own Tourism license No. 035348. Safari ASAP is insured with Sanlam and Allianz for its Tour Operator Liability coverage within East Africa and with jurisdiction Worldwide including the USA and Canada. Safari ASAP is also a proud member of TATO (Tanzania Association of Tour Operators) For us, every African Safari, Kilimanjaro, or Zanzibar traveler is special, and we always do our utmost to make you another one of our many satisfied customers.
We are also proud to announce that Safari ASAP is also partnering with Soma Bags Project, whereby for each safari we arrange, we donate some of our profit to support young students who stay in rural areas without electricity with Solar Bags which are made from recycled materials by a local Tanzanian.
On top of that, Safari ASAP is partnering with Positive Impact Tourism for our sustainable tours that have an impact on the communities, environment and the wildlife that we visit.
You choose the date, and we arrange your safari trip according to your wishes. To achieve the highest customer satisfaction, we use local and professional safari and mountain Guides with over 10 to 20 years of experience in the field and who have gone to a known tourism college. All suggested safari trips are available with luxury, medium or budget hotels which are eco-friendly and located on a nice spot.
We arrange sustainable, unique and affordable safari trips by:
- All administration and planning for the Africa trip are handled by our local staff, who are indigenous to Tanzania, which significantly supports the local communities, allowing us to continue offering affordable African Safari and Kilimanjaro trips.
- Arrange all our own Safari trips and Kilimanjaro hikes. We have our own safari license and jeeps, which means that we don’t have to go through expensive safari organizers.
- Our travelers book their own flights to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) in Tanzania or Dar es Salaam International Airport or to the nearby airport in Nairobi, Kenya (Safari ASAP, however, arranges domestic flights in Tanzania between Kilimanjaro, Kenya, Zanzibar, and all other National Parks in East Africa).
- Our customers pay in US dollars to our company account in Tanzania. We therefore do not need an extra safety margin for currency changes, as all our costs as safari organizers are paid in dollars. We also accept Payment by card; we accept Visa and Mastercard only.
- Arrange safaris to the national parks of northwestern Tanzania (including the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater). We have our starting point from the city of Arusha which is within easy driving distance of both Kilimanjaro International Airport and the National Parks, which significantly keeps transport costs down.
Our team has unique knowledge of East African Safaris, Kilimanjaro trekking and Zanzibar travel and has therefore also managed to attract some of the industry’s best safari Drivers and Kilimanjaro Guides.

About the Owner
Before opening our travel company a few years ago, I was working as a local wildlife safari and mountain Guide with several famous travel companies based in East Africa. I have guided many tourists in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and Zanzibar.
I want to welcome all travelers to exciting and personal experiences, such as safaris in some of Africa’s national parks like Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, visits to some of Tanzania’s indigenous people tribes, hiking trips to the Roof of Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro, and holidays on the island of Zanzibar (and its surrounding, smaller islands).
We arrange tours for all groups, including solo travelers, and do our utmost to tailor the trips to the guests’ budget and wishes. We arrange tour activities, routes, domestic flights, accommodations, and land transportation. This takes place in collaboration with local, authorized, and professional guides, with respect for the local community and the surrounding nature. Unlike other big companies, Safari Asap offers a personalized experience with meticulous attention to detail.
As we are based in Arusha, we are conveniently close to Kilimanjaro Airport, as well as Tanzania’s national parks (Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, and Lake Manyara), and the base town of Mount Kilimanjaro (Moshi). We are always available from start to finish during the guests’ stay. If any challenges arise, we all speak Kiswahili, the local language, as well as fluent English. We also have guides for other international languages, such as Spanish, French, German, and Italian.

We are the ground operator, which means that we do not contract our ground services to another company. We have our own Guides/Drivers, we schedule the lodgings and activities, and we own our vehicles, which are customized Toyota Land Cruisers with window seats for every passenger and specially customized open roofs that are designed for photographers.
